The role will have a heavy focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, alongside a passion for connecting with potential candidates and helping them find their ideal career path within our organization.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
Qualification
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
