Wilderness HR Administrator (4 months maternity contract)

The role will have a heavy focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, alongside a passion for connecting with potential candidates and helping them find their ideal career path within our organization.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports

Qualification

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising accuracy.
