Job Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Strong verbal reasoning and negotiation style
- Computer literacy – MS Office
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Professional and solution-driven approach
- Experience in debt negotiation, collections, or customer service will be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
