Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Sales:
- Sell parts to clients (walk-in and telephonic sales).
- Conduct “cold calling” to acquire new clients and support existing ones.
- Understand and explain clients’ specific parts needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while professionally managing challenging situations.
- Logistics and Administrative Tasks:
- Ensure correct packaging and shipping of parts to clients.
- Process sales and invoices using Sage Accounting (experience beneficial).
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client data.
- Product and Technical Knowledge:
- Develop an understanding of earthmoving machinery and their parts (beneficial).
- Ensure clients receive exactly what they need to keep their machinery running optimally.
- Goal Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets by showing initiative and enthusiasm in sales.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (matric).
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.

- Background in selling earthmoving machinery parts.
