Outcomes:
Upon completion of the programme, the student will be able to:
- Identify and solve problems in which responses display that responsible decisions using critical and creative thinking have been made;
- Work effectively with others as a member of a team;
- Organize and manage ones self and activities responsibly and effectively;
- Collect, analyze, organize and critically evaluate performance;
- Communicate effectively using mathematical and language skills;

- Complete NQF5 Certificate in Agile Banking theoretical learning.

Requirements
- South African citizenship.
- Available to start immediately.
- Minimum of a bachelors level degree or higher.
- No work experience required.
- The learnership supports a Certificate course in Banking qualification. Completion of this qualification is mandatory and must be complete during the Program.
- Business level English communications skills.
