South African National Roads Agency Scholarships 2025
The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) is responsible for building and maintaining national roads across the country. A limited number of scholarship awards are available nationwide.
The scholarship award covers the following items within an annual budget cap: school/sports uniforms, textbooks and stationery and transport when such transportation is related to schooling. The award is structured to refund costs once the original proof of payment is submitted to SANRAL using a claim form, only valid claims are evaluated and refunded.
The SANRAL scholarship covers:
- School fees and boarding school fees (where applicable)
- School and sports uniforms (where applicable)
- Books and stationery (where applicable)
- Reputable school Transport (where applicable)
- Extra lessons (Only Mathematics and Science)
- Registration (where applicable)

- A Learner Support Programme to help you prepare for studying and academic success
- Career information and guidance
- Psychological counselling, career coaching, extra classes and exam preparation based on a needs assessment
