Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery:
- Develop and deliver functional and technical training programs based on business needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Technical & Functional Training:
- Provide in-depth technical training on systems, tools, and applications relevant to employees’ roles.
- Deliver functional training to ensure employees understand business processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and refine training content.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
- Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance learning impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best training practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads, HR, and IT teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to reinforce learning and skill application.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by delivering foundational functional and technical training.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with measuring and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience with virtual and digital learning platforms.
- Background in logistics industry-specific training
