SDP (Skills Development Professionals) Learnership 2024

An SDP (Skills Development Program) Learnership 2024 is a government-funded initiative designed to equip learners with essential skills and knowledge for entering the formal workforce, securing employment, or even starting their own businesses. These learnerships offer practical, hands-on experience, emphasizing experiential learning through real-world tasks. If you have a matric qualification or seek career development, SDP provides valuable learning experiences and potential career growth.

What is Skills Development Professionals?

Skills Development Professionals (SDP) is a hub for practical learning and education. Offering over 40 accredited professional programs, SDP focuses on experiential learning, delivered through face-to-face, online, or one-on-one coaching. Their values include diligence, loyalty, accountability, results, unity, and trust.

SDP Learnership Stipend

You can apply online and receive a monthly stipend of R400 for 12 months while participating in the program.

Minimum Requirements

 Minimum requirements for the program include:

  1. Being between 18 and 35 years old.
  2. Holding a South African ID.
  3. Being unemployed or underemployed.
  4. Having a grade 10-12 qualification or equivalent.

The SDP learnership offers practical learning experiences, emphasizing experiential learning through real-world tasks.
