R350 SRD Grant Payment Dates for September 2023
Processing of payments for September’s approved recipients will take place between September 22 and September 29, 2023. According to SASSA, it will typically take two to three working days after payments have been processed for the money to show up in the beneficiary’s account.
The Social Relief of Distress Grant (SRD Grant) is available for South African Citizens, Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Special Permit Holders who are between the ages of 18 and 60 years, who have insufficient means, who do not receive social grants on behalf of herself/ himself or who are not contributing to or eligible for UIF payment, and have no financial support from any other source.
How to apply for Sassa SRD Grants online
- Visit the Sassa SRD website.
- Select “Click here to apply online” option.
- Enter your phone number and ID then send an SMS.
- Follow Instructions and provide all required information by Sassa.
Each applicant will be notified of the status of the R350 grant application. Applicants whose applications were rejected may submit a R350 appeal grant application.
