Description
- Enrich and prepare products for publication on the eCommerce platform
- Ensure that images are transformed and optimized for use on the eCommerce platform
- Deal with customers in a customer centric manner

Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- 1 – 2 years relevant Magento experience
- Relevant Retail exposure
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., System Software, Web Development, or related).
- Proven experience in web content management or a related role.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and website administration tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
- Graphic design skills or experience with image and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Certifications in web content management or related fields.
