Duties and Responsibilities
HR Operations and Process Management
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.
- Design, implement, and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Monitor and manage HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems), ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, ensuring timely updates and adherence.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Ensure all employee documentation is accurately maintained and securely stored in compliance with legal requirements.
- Partner with recruitment and talent teams to facilitate smooth handovers from hiring to onboarding.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring effective communication and enrollment.
- Conduct periodic audits of payroll and benefits processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.

HR Data and Reporting:
- Manage HR metrics and analytics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of HR data, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the HR lead during audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll administration, and HR systems.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and travel to sites on occasion.
