Duties and Responsibilities

HR Operations and Process Management

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.
  • Design, implement, and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Monitor and manage HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems), ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, ensuring timely updates and adherence.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is accurately maintained and securely stored in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Partner with recruitment and talent teams to facilitate smooth handovers from hiring to onboarding.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring effective communication and enrollment.
  • Conduct periodic audits of payroll and benefits processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.

HR Data and Reporting:

  • Manage HR metrics and analytics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of HR data, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as the HR lead during audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll administration, and HR systems.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and travel to sites on occasion.
