Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content, including writing and curating posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement
- Develop blog content that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy and brand messaging
- Build and send out newsletters to engage with customers and prospects
- Write and update website copy and content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s marketing goals
- Draft press releases to generate media coverage for the company’s products or services
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
- Coordinate the design and production of print media, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Set up and maintain a marketing calendar to track all marketing activities and deadlines
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and items for events
- Plan and execute events and activations to promote the company’s products or services
- Manage sales and marketing material inventory, including gifts and promotional items
- Coordinate competitions and giveaways to engage with customers and generate leads
- Solicit and manage guest reviews on various platforms to enhance the company’s online reputation
- Assist with campaign logistics, including tracking and reporting on campaign performance
- Support in data capturing, lead management, and general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and administration
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
- Experience with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus
