Orion Group Marketing Coordinators and Administrators

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content, including writing and curating posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement
  • Develop blog content that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy and brand messaging
  • Build and send out newsletters to engage with customers and prospects
  • Write and update website copy and content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s marketing goals
  • Draft press releases to generate media coverage for the company’s products or services
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
  • Coordinate the design and production of print media, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
  • Set up and maintain a marketing calendar to track all marketing activities and deadlines
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and items for events
  • Plan and execute events and activations to promote the company’s products or services
  • Manage sales and marketing material inventory, including gifts and promotional items
  • Coordinate competitions and giveaways to engage with customers and generate leads
  • Solicit and manage guest reviews on various platforms to enhance the company’s online reputation
  • Assist with campaign logistics, including tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Support in data capturing, lead management, and general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and administration
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
  • Experience with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with graphic design software is a plus
