Required core competencies
- A Matric and/or A completed Degree-level qualification
- Well-spoken with a neutral English accent
- A neat and professional appearance and great online presence

- Availability for training
- Willingness to work shifts in person at our contact centre
- Reliable transport
- Excellent time management skills
