Miway is looking for unemployed graduates to apply for their Human Resource Internships, for the year 2025.

Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology or related fields
Deliverables include
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in initial interview rounds, if required.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Support the onboarding process by preparing employee welcome kits and gathering necessary paperwork.
- Ensure all new employee documentation is collected and accurately filed.
- Assist in exit interview preparation and documentation.
- Employee Records Management:
- Help maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) or databases.
- Organize and digitize physical employee files as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- HR Administration:
- Assist in administering employee benefits, including answering basic questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Help with the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Compliance:
- Assist with ensuring that the company remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Other Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
- Assist with any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.
