Minimum Qualification Required

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
  • A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology or related fields

Deliverables include

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in initial interview rounds, if required.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing employee welcome kits and gathering necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure all new employee documentation is collected and accurately filed.
  • Assist in exit interview preparation and documentation.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Help maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) or databases.
  • Organize and digitize physical employee files as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • HR Administration:
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, including answering basic questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Help with the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
  • Compliance:
  • Assist with ensuring that the company remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
  • Other Duties:
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
  • Assist with any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.
