Key Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming calls as per standard operating
- Handling enquiries via telephone, fax

Requirements/Experience
- Grade 12
- A minimum of two to three years’ experience in a customer services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and
- Good listening
- The ability to foster good relations with
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative
- Computer literacy is an essential
- Previous experience in Book master would also be
- Previous experience in the Publishing industry would be advantageous
