Media24 is a South African media company with interests in digital media and services, newspapers, magazines, ecommerce, book publishing, television, logistics and distribution. It is part of a multinational group of media and ecommerce platforms. Naspers wholly owns Media24, Africa’s largest publisher, printer, and distributor of magazines and related products, as well its largest newspaper publisher.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls as per standard operating
  • Handling enquiries via telephone, fax

  • Liaising with other
  • Perform general administration
  • Relieving the Switchboard when
  • Ensure required service level targets as stipulated in KPA are met

Requirements/Experience

  • Grade 12
  • A minimum of two to three years’ experience in a customer services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and
  • Good listening
  • The ability to foster good relations with
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative
  • Computer literacy is an essential
  • Previous experience in Book master would also be
  • Previous experience in the Publishing industry would be advantageous
  • Team Player
  • Efficient and deadline
  • Must be able to work under
