Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Identify and engage with new business opportunities within the industrial sector, with a particular focus on large manufacturers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to the needs of large manufacturers.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work alongside the marketing team to develop promotional materials, online content, and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share in the packaging solutions industry.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on progress, customer feedback, and sales pipeline activity.

Requirements
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven industrial experience (internships, placements, or full-time roles) in the packaging sector or similar industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and market trends.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- A strong team player who can collaborate across departments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Desirable
- Knowledge of packaging solutions and trends within large-scale manufacturing industries.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
