Human Accent Pharmacy Sales Representative
Key Performance Areas
- Product Promotion: Promote pharmaceutical products to pharmacy staff by using the unique selling points of the product as well as the commercial case (where applicable)
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing sales plans.
- Territory Analysis: Analyse your territory to identify potential customers, competitors’ activities, and market trends. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Provide feedback on the provided platforms on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments such as marketing, Dr Detail team representatives and sales management to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Continuing Education: Continuously develop your knowledge and skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study to stay updated on industry trends, product information, and sales techniques
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or business administration.
- Rookie representative will be considered
- Proven work experience as a sales representative would be an advantage

Skills/physical competencies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM tools e.g. Repwise
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales will be an advantage
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
