The Graduate Programme aims at developing the next generation of Glencore professionals. The programme offers successful graduates the opportunity to understand different functions of the business through internal rotations and to advance their careers in a performance-driven culture.
The role
Glencore’s Group Assurance function is seeking highly motivated graduates to join their Graduate Programme. This role will provide a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a knowledge foundation of internal auditing with one of the world’s largest globally diversified natural resource companies.
The position will offer a unique insight into Glencore’s worldwide business, covering industrial assets, commodity trading and corporate functions.

When participating in the Group Assurance Graduate Programme, you will be an integral team member within the Group Assurance function and will be responsible to perform tasks relating to planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up of internal audits and advisory work.
You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship relating to internal audit from within the function. This support will enable you to build a foundation to develop your skillset as an internal audit and assurance professional.
Who they are looking for
- They are looking for students who are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics.
