Fidelity Services Group Telematics Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Create client profiles on various platforms
- Activate billing on system
- Ensure accurate unit information loaded
- Manage and monitor telematics systems to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
- Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software components of the telematics systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize telematics performance and efficiency
- Manage B2C portals for seamless user experience
- Execute unit renaming tasks
- Maintain and update emergency contact information regularly
- Primarily engaged in administering the IoT/ Sigfox panic system
- Units correctly issued to customers
- Generate reports on battery levels and unit statuses
- Perform bulk uploads efficiently on B2C portals
- Manage escalations, contact numbers and alert notification uploads
- Facilitate linking and de-linking of pre-used devices
- Conduct serial number scanning accurately
- Handle warranty processes, including device returns and replacements via manufacturer
- Coordinate with Amber support desk to resolve issues promptly
- Be prepared to work afterhours should the need arise
- Ad hoc tasks when required

Qualifications and Attributes
- Matric
- MS office competency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
