Fidelity Services Group Telematics Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Create client profiles on various platforms
  • Activate billing on system
  • Ensure accurate unit information loaded
  • Manage and monitor telematics systems to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software components of the telematics systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize telematics performance and efficiency
  • Manage B2C portals for seamless user experience
  • Execute unit renaming tasks
  • Maintain and update emergency contact information regularly
  • Primarily engaged in administering the IoT/ Sigfox panic system
  • Units correctly issued to customers
  • Generate reports on battery levels and unit statuses
  • Perform bulk uploads efficiently on B2C portals
  • Manage escalations, contact numbers and alert notification uploads
  • Facilitate linking and de-linking of pre-used devices
  • Conduct serial number scanning accurately
  • Handle warranty processes, including device returns and replacements via manufacturer
  • Coordinate with Amber support desk to resolve issues promptly
  • Be prepared to work afterhours should the need arise
  • Ad hoc tasks when required

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Matric
  • MS office competency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong administration skill
