Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric with English and Mathematics
- 1 Year Pharmaceutical experience
- Previous telesales experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Always ensure and provide feedback to customers once client query is resolved.
- Provide feedback to customer regarding queries.
- Process all interactions necessary for the accurate managements of adherence calls.
- Manage and report compliments and complaints through the customer service diary.
- Adhere to customer relations practices and accurately capture employee information.
- Assist customer with any enquiries and refer customers to the appropriate departments where applicable.
- Ensure that customer information is dealt with in a confidential manner.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
- Ensure effective internal communication (with regards to customer service/ benefit programme) and effective external communication
- (Customer – feedback provided).
- Respond to written or email enquiries on various platforms, within a reasonable time.
- Adhere to excellent telephone etiquette at all-time according to Dis-Chem standard operating procedures
