Duties and Responsibilities
- Full settlement process
- Full onboarding process
- Booking trades at end of day (local and offshore bookings)
- Taking in and sending overdrafts (OD’s)
- Matching all 3rd party trade aways for Prime Broking accounts
- Reconciliation reports
- Matching and checking previous day’s bookings
- Morning reporting
- Client and administrators queries
- Booking and settling bonds
- Updating unit trust / unlisted positions from 3rd parties

Ideal Qualifications
- Any commerce degree majoring in accounting, economics, investments, finance, business management or the like.
- JSE and RPE exams (willing to complete the following sponsored exams):
- Introduction to Financial Markets (RPE)
- Regulations and Ethics of the South African Financial Markets (RPE)
- Equity Market (RPE)
- JSE Equity Settlement Officer
Ideal Experience
- This is a graduate position thus no experience necessary.
