Core Group Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.  
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos via tools such as Canva) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely publishing of content.  
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.  
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.  

Community Engagement & Growth:

  • Build and manage online communities across various social media platforms in line with respective Business Unit objectives.  
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster online conversations.  
  • Implement strategies to increase social media following and engagement in accordance with KPA’s.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, Retail, Reseller & 3Rd Party Partners to promote products and services.  

Social Media Advertising & Analytics:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.  
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics in accordance with KPA’s.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.  
  • Strong proficiency in MarTech ( Brevo or any equivalent CRM/CVM tool, GA4
  • Utilise social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing campaigns in accordance with BDF and Annual Marketing Plans.
  • Support the marketing team with other marketing initiatives as needed.  
  • Provide social media training and guidance to other team members.  

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.  
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.  
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.  
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.  
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
