They have deep knowledge fueled by research and practice on entrepreneurial mindset and behaviors, They use these insights to identify the potential for high-impact entrepreneurial leadership in youth and take a long-term approach to nurturing, developing and supporting them to create sustainable impact and generational change.
They attack poverty by investing in, nurturing and empowering entrepreneurs and leaders who benefit society by helping to accelerate meaningful employment creation while embodying the values and behaviors of ethical leadership.
