Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating tractors
- Working with and counting cattle
- General maintenance and repair work
- General farm work
- Assisting with the dairy (every second weekend)
Critical Requirements
- Proficient in Zulu
- Minimum Grade 8 or Grade 10
- Must be able to drive a tractor and trailer
- Single
Advantageous Requirements
- Code 8 driver’s license
- Previous experience in farm work
- Previous tractor operating experience

Compensation
- Entry-level
- Working hours: 194 hours per month, fixed workweek
- Annual Leave: 1 day for every 17 days worked
- Sick Leave: 30 days in a 3-year cycle
- Family Leave: 3 days per annual leave cycle
