Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pool operations, including maintenance, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Supervise and schedule lifeguard and pool staff, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Manage pool maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and enjoyment, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular training for staff on safety protocols and customer service.
  • Develop and implement programs and activities to enhance guest experience at the pool area.
  • Maintain records of pool operations, including maintenance logs and incident reports.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pool management or lifeguarding.
  • Strong knowledge of pool maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and lifeguarding.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage guest inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
