Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, insurance industry, telesales, or debt review.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Compensation
- Candidates with 2 years of experience will receive a basic salary of R15 000 (negotiable), plus commission.
- Candidates with 5 years of experience will receive a basic salary of R20 000 (negotiable), plus commission.
- Average commission earnings amount to R22 000, with no cap on commission earnings—top agents can earn double that or more.
- Medical and pension contributions after the probation period.
