Responsibilities

  • Process and send invoices to clients
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable
  • Post payments and allocate funds
  • Resolve payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform month-end closing procedures
  • Assist with audit preparations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an invoice clerk or similar role
  • Proficient in sage accounting software

  • Basic understanding of VAT and tax requirements
  • Matric or diploma in a related field
