Minimum Requirements
Organic Essentials:
- Completed studies or currently in the final year of study
- BTech / BSc / BSc (Honors) in Food Science / Environmental Health / Biotechnology
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)

Duties & Responsibilities
The Lifecycle:
At the heart of their Management Trainee Programme is authentic leadership. Their SHERQ Graduates are given the opportunity to grow through a 4-5- year development programme, laying a strong foundation for a successful career. They begin with a practical introduction to their working environment, whereby Management Trainees gain experience through meaningful work either at the RCL FOODS Head Office or at one of their Manufacturing sites that enables them to take ownership and responsibility of real business projects.
The SHERQ Management Trainees that are successful in their programme will have the opportunity to gain exposure and experience in all areas of their SHERQ, including quality control measures, health and safety protocols, as well as environmental sustainability practices, ensuring comprehensive understanding of operational excellence.
