Responsibilities and Duties
– Manage flight, transfers and accommodation for training delegates
– Prepare Attendance Registers
– Prepare Notice Board/Lecture Room
– Print indemnity, name tags, material, certificates etc.
– Arrange catering
– Order stationary and dry rations
– Compile monthly training reports
– Support with Training Management System (Navigator)
– Support with UD Championship and Gemba competitions
– Data capturing of dealer KPI’s, QR etc.
– Compile customer contact detail reports for CSI measurement
Minimum qualifications
– Qualification in Human Resource / Training / Office Administration;
– No experience required;
– Language: Ability to speak, read and write in English;
– Skills: Interpersonal, Communication, Teamwork & Collaboration, Customer Service,
– Attention to Detail, Computer Literacy, Administrative.
