Every month, the South African Social Security Agency provides the payment dates for different grants administered by them. Beneficiaries who are receiving these grants should regularly check any information regarding the grants published by the SASSA on its authorized website.
Sassa Payment Dates for January 2024

The SRD grant payment in January 2024 is confirmed to be issued between January 25 and January 31.

Beneficiaries can choose any of the following payment methods to collect their grant:
- Stores: Beneficiaries can access their R350 grant from any Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Boxer, Checkers, or USave merchant.
- Cash Send Option: This is for people who do not have a bank account in their name.
- Bank Account: This is by far the safest and recommended because you can withdraw from any ATM.
The payments from the Agency usually take 2 to 4 days to be reflected in the bank accounts of beneficiaries. In some cases, it can take more time for the grant payments to be reflected in the bank accounts.
