DUTIES :
Perform general assistant work: provide routine general work, compliance, and maintenance services; prepare offices for new employees and make sitting arrangements as requested by officials; load and offload furniture, equipment, and any other goods to relevant destination; assist with the waste disposal;
Report electrical problems to the supervisor to inform the landlord; assist with cleaning services; and provide effective office and property care support services. Safekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies.
