REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12. No Experience. Knowledge: Compensation Fund objectives and
business functions. Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes.
Human anatomy/ Biology. Stakeholders and Customers. Customer Service
(Batho Pele Principles). Risk Awareness. COIDA. COIDA tariffs. Technical
Knowledge. Legislative Requirements: COIDA. Constitution Act. Public service
Act. Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS). PFMA and National Treasury
Regulations. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency. Business Writing Skills.
Data Capturing. Data and records management. Telephone Skills.
DUTIES : Process escalated queries received from telephone calls, faxes and e-mails.
Make effective use of the integrated information system. Perform continuous
process improvements.
